I got this recipe from my auntie. Very simple, and this is the most delicious cookies I've ever made :9 Gak pernah bisa doyan pake banget ama kastengel selain yang aku buat sendiri kekeke. The secret is the power of milk powder, rum butter, and the keju edam. For best texture, mix all the ingredients with two knives. Simple, right? Then you will get very "cheesy" yummy kastengel. here is the recipe
1/2 kg terigu
2 ons rum butter
1,5 onsmargarin
240 gram keju cheddar, parut
100 gram keju edam, parut
2 kuning telur
1 putih telur
2 sdm susu bubuk
2 sdm tepung maizena
campur semua bahan sampai kalis, lalu CETAK! Panggang sampai mateng. Jadinya, kastengel yang kejuuuu banget. Enak pokoknya hahaha.
